Ok my boyfriend got locked up last night on a Probation Violation, anyway he has to spend 6 months in Jail. In December he has a scheduled court date in Texas. When he gets out will they expedite him to Texas or what? Thanks...

Extradite.  Will they extradite him to Texas?  No.  Extradition only occurs between countries.  If this were 1840, then yes, they would extradite him.  Today, however, the process is called rendition, and yes, they probably will render him to Texas.  Let's hope he doesn't fry!
