  1. Steriod Nasal if you have this condition all the time as this type of spray is suppose to be preventative as well as give long term relief but it comes at a cost i.e possible damage to the membranes in the nose.

But if it's seasonal Rhinitis I would recommend the  anthistamine nasal spray as there is less likleyhood of damage to the fine membranes of the nasal passages.

Either way it is unwise to take any nasal spray for any length of time.  Have you seen a medical professional about this condition.

  2. Decongestant nasal sprays (as opposed to oral decongestants) are not recommended. These may provide short term relief, but excessive use may result in rhinitis medicamentosa (a type of rebounding) – the nasal blood vessels get even more hypersensitive. Overuse or addiction to decongestant nasal sprays is actually a cause of vasomotor rhinitis.

Antihistamines are designed for use in allergic rhinitis and, while considered safe, are rarely effective. Interestingly, azelastine, the only topical antihistamine spray currently available in the United States, has shown some benefit in non-allergic or vasomotor rhinitis.
