I want to read speeches in parks about the environments and things like that. Where do I ask if I can read speeches to the people at the park?

In my speech how can I persuade someone that environments, changes in climate, and more is very bad? How do I also infrom them very good?

What are things I should include in my speech that will show them that they should really make a change?

I can't help you much with the speech part cause I suck at speeches, but I would say find facts and make sure you have proof and use visuals, maybe make it into a play. People get bored easy with words.

Permission to use the park, I think you have to go to City Hall.
