I don't care if they love kids and can afford them, it's pure craziness in this day and age.  There are lots of children out there that need homes.  Why not adopt some of them?   I'm sure they are getting help from being on TV, etc. so lots of things are being paid for by companies, etc.  The more kids they have, the more media coverage and more things paid for.  So, they will keep having the kids to break some kind of record.  She's just a baby machine, like a dog in a puppy mill.

oh I love the Dugger family!, they are a real learning experience for anyone that has kids..I have only 3 and go crazy sometimes she has 17! and is very structured. I wish I had a system like hers.

wow you guys are so cruel,but what matters is that she is taking care of them ,they are well mannered and well disciplined people cam pay for whatever they want for her but she is doing the hardest part its not easy what she is doing.I love children I have 2 and dreamed of having allot but I can't even control the 2 I have 5 and 12 I always said I would need a nanny or a maid for that.I don't know what the purpose of doing it is,they have thier reason,I don't think it's good to adopt if it's not for you,to each his own.

I think if they feel children are such a blessing they should have adopted some that need homes before increasing the population.
