  1. They bug the cat AND are hard to get on. If you don't want the cats to scratch your furniture, I really have no advice...If you have good cats, get a scratching post, but that really(for me anyway)just gives the cat one more thing to scratch and they scratch furniture anyway. They take forever to get on, I don't think their worth the price...

  2. takes a hour for you to put them on.

takes an hour for the cat to bite them off.

just trim the claws its easier and safer.

  3. i have been wondering this myself- i've seen them in many catalogs and online and i have a friend who is considering using them

  4. I think they're a lot of trouble.  If you know how to clip a cats claws without hurting the cat it's a whole lot easier and less expensive, since they need to be replaced regularly anyway.  It's worth paying to get good, clear advice from your vet on how to clip your cat's claws and do it regularly.  Your cat's touch will be gentle and you won't be driving it crazy with stuff glued onto its feet.

  5. get a dog

  6. I tried these on my cats. It was hard to get them on; on one cat it was impossible! That being said, after they are on the cats spent a lot of time trying to bite them off and sometimes were successful. They left them alone after awhile but one cat was able to get a few off. On the cat they all stayed on, they actually worked quite well. If you can trim your cat's claws easily then you can probably put them on but it's best to do it with two people. They're put on with a super glue and they're so tiny it was hard to keep them from sticking to our fingers! Good luck if you try them. I think they are a viable alternative to declawing(which I hate) and the colored ones did really look cute!
