thumb image means its ur photo,just upload it in the blog.

Well they already answered what it is.  To post it to a blog or bulletin you would use a image hosting site like imageshack.us or photobucket.com, the latter being better since they never remove your files, but you must make an account(its free!)  Then you just copy the code for the thumbnail, or if the image is already a thumbnail you just wrap the direct link in the tags for the forum you are on, ex. [IMG]URL HERE[/IMG]

"thumbnail" or "thumb": Image is scaled down to a standard, user specified width, by default 180 pixels, and a box is added around the image. If a caption is written, it is shown below the image. Our Avatar is a good example of a thumbnail image.
