How does Miller present the idea of "human tendency to project evil onto others and scapegoat" in the first act of the play?

  2. Well I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I think he presents the idea by Abigail's tendency to project evil onto others, by pretending that they are witches. And ummm, the scapegoat would be Tituba probably. Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but it can't hurt to try and help you. Good luck finding the answer :-)
