Question about Ativan?!?!?!?

I was on ativan about a year ago. A doctor I went to told me take TWO THREE TIMES a day (morning noon and night) now I am back n them and the doctor I have NOW tells me take TWO a day??? Thats all I am supposed to take two a day???? How are they taken and if you tell me "when needed" how MANY when needed?? They are only .5

Take them as your doctor instructed. He knows how to dose your drugs. That's what you pay him for. Neither I nor any other fool on here who might give you advice knows anything about your medical history or other meds you are on. Do what your doctor says, exactly. Doing anything else can make you seriously sick.
