  1. put them on a warm window sill, also make sure when you buy them they are partly ripe,Test- if there is a stalk will it pull out easy, try lightly pressing your thumb (Not Finger nail) on the stalk end to see if it is a little soft if it is buy it and eat within two days

Also the residue in the skin is great for a facial

    Hope this helps

    Enjoy

  2. put it in a sunny part of the room

  3. Either put it on a windowsill to get some sun, or stick it in a bowl with some bananas.  Bananas emit some gas that speeds up the ripening process of other fruits and vegetables.  Be careful though - don't leave them together for too long or the avocado might start getting over ripe!

  4. In a brown paper bag with a banana or two.

  5. I usually wrap them in newspaper and place them in the microwave at a low setting.

Check on them every five minute or so.

In about 30 minutes you should have an Avocado ripe enough to eat.

  6. leave them in the sunshine

  7. If you want them to ripen faster, you keep them out of the fridge. It's still not very fast, but it speeds up a little bit.. And if you wanted them to take longer, you would just put them IN the fridge...

  8. try putting a banana with them it works for tomatoes
