Hello. I am currently a high school student on Long Island (NY). I have great grades, SAT scores, AP scores, and extracurriculars. I also have a great, down-to-earth personality and am willing to work hard. I also have done science and social science research projects for Intel, Siemens, ... I also do volunteer work at nursing homes and am planning to volunteer at a local hospital very soon. Do you guys think I have what it takes to get into MIT? And say I do get in, what is the training/schooling like for a biomedical engineer? Also, what kind of lifestlye (hours, salary, ... ) does being a biomedical engineer have? Thank you.
