Question about Bolivia?

Which towns are at high elevations? I'm looking to move down there and can't take too much heat.

Forget about La Paz, which is the highest city in the world. Stick to Santa Cruz which is a very modern town which looks more like a coastal town (even if Bolivia has no coast). And heat os not the problem, it is the lack of oxygen.

What do you call high elevation?  8000 feet or 11000 feet/ The only large city that is in the lowlands is Santa Cruz.   La Paz and Potosi are the highest (well over 11000) and Sucre and Cochabamba are around 8000.  There are no other real cities.
