  1. heyy, im severely sorry for your death. im sorry but im not sure of anything your looking for. My best friend had cancer, i promised her she would be fine (with confidence). I asked her to not think, know that she will be okay and its just something to get passed. So i gave her a list of funny movies she could watch. And also told her to go through life like nothing was wrong at all. She had 3 months to live...and shes okay. And im glad to have saved a life. I will prey for your Grandfather. I'm sorry i couldnt help you much at all. I hope you do what you want with finding a cure.

  2. Call the American Cancer Society and ask for volunteer info.

  3. You can contact the American Cancer Society and become part of your local "Relay for Life".  Its a wonderful event, very moving and very fun and helps you to honor the people you have lost to this awful disease.

There are also lots of fund raisers for various hospitals. You can volunteer your time at a hospice or a hospital cancer ward, especially if you live near where your Grandfather had his care.

Good for you for wanting to keep your connection to him alive and for wanting to give back.

  4. You can become a volunteer for a group that perhaps deals with the type of cancer your grandfather had.

Like the breast cancer walk where they all volunteer and make money for the cause.
