Question about Casio Exilim EX-Z75 - doesnt focus?

My sister's camera was working fine...but then all of a sudden it wont focus at all :( ive tried messing around with all the settings and everything, but couldnt figure it out...could it be an internal problem with the lense or something?

Yes, could be the lens.  Try removing the battery for awhile as a sort of reset and then repower it.
