  4. When the cold/flu season is around, this always works for my family............

~ Water and plenty of it.

~ Vitamin C pills 500 mg when not sick and 1000 mg when sick.

~ Orange Juice along with the Vitamin C pills.  You want this thing gone? Right?

~ Luke warm bath.  Too hot can cause your body to over heat.  Too cold will put your body into shock and fight to raise your body temperature.

~ In your bath Essential oil Lavender to help sleep and relax you and also essential oil Eucalyptus to help with decongestant.  A few drops will go a long way!  Wash your hands with soap after use.

These are just the few steps that I do to keep my family health when the cold/flu season is around.  Hope this helps you out!  It's worked for us for the last 11 years and counting!
