Is it possible for a person to apply to a CC and then beginning school during the intersession instead of the fall semester or spring semester? The reason why I'm trying to begin a semester later is because I'm trying to give myself some time to study more to obtain a high score so I could get admitted into higher level classes.

well, first of all, you should register two schools for this, but in the case of high marks at CC then using them at other college, you could try late admissions. Check out late admissions of your target college, then check out the CC regulations and marking system of it. You could lately admit, but for registering, it's a bit tricky. Since, your previous marks should be used in your target school. So, late admissions for the transfers the key point.
