Does the yellow one turn into the yellow one???

my mom said that theyre yellow at first but then change

to the fuzzy one.

is it true?????

They are yellow first, and then become the white fluffy kind. They turn into the white fluffy one so the wind can spread their seeds.

The yellow one is the flower. Then it converts them into seeds and each seed is attached to a bit of fluff to lift it in the wind. Pick some yellow flowers and put them in a jar of water and watch them change day by day.
