If your FAFSA is incomplete are you still eligible for Bright Futures?

  2. I depends what you are applying for.  If applying for financial aid, yes, you have to complete the FAFSA.  Looking at the Bright Futures website, however, it seems that you would not have fill out the FAFSA if applying for a scholarship.
