What do I need on my desktop PC for this can be compatible with it. I believe I need this little PCI card but I'm not sure how to install it unto my Dell Dimension 2400. What is the name of the device I need for the Firewire cable?

  1. You need a PCI Firewire (1394) card, then a firewire cable, under WIndows 2000 and Windows XP, you do not need to install any drivers as they provide native support for the device
