Question about GA and Law.

Ok, here is the situation, I live in the state of GA and was paid for services rendered by myself and my husband in the sum of 281.00 in the form of a check. We were called by the woman who wrote the check out to us and were told that we couldn't cash it because they didn't have the money in the account. It has now been two months, we have not received payment and have found out since then that she wrote and signed the check with her boyfriends name on his account which was closed. So my question is what can I do law wise to #1 get my money #2 lock her up.

Take her to small claims court for the money and then turn her over to the police for fruad the state will pick up the charges on her.
