Question about HGH (Human Growth Hormones)

I am 20 years old, I am about 6'3 1/2, 260 lbs. I want to be about 6'5 even. What would be best to take ? I've heard stuff about L-Arginine and Growth Hormones. Can I still grow more ? Is this legal in Canada ? I've read things about having to get my wrists X-Rayed to see if the growth plates are still open for me to grow. I am a healthy 20 year old, I have a few common allergies, my grandfather has macular generation, my other grandfather has a heart condition. There is diabetes in the family, non of my family members have it, but its known. Is it safe to be doing anything ?

  1. HGH won't help you for two reasons.  It can only help a person with open growth plates and males usually stop growing at the age of 18.  The second reason is that HGH is mainly useful for midgets and dwarfs who are deficient in HGH due to a malfunctioning pituitary gland.  It won't help people who are of normal height or well above as you are.

  2. If you are 20 years old and 6'3" tall, that is as tall as you are going to get man.  Good Luck

  3. As well as any bone difficulties, you could be killing yourself if you have any small undetected tumours, you'd be causing them to grow rapidly, which could quite probably make them grow so fast that even if you caught it the second it was noticable, it would be too late.

  4. There's no point taking HGH for such a small increase in height.  You're better off trying a stretching, cycling, or hanging routine.  If you wanted to grow more than 1.5 inches, I'd suggest you look into Jintropin.  L-Arginine is legal but you have to take such a huge amount for it to stimulate HGH release.  It's not dangerous no matter how much you take but it is really tiresome and expensive to swallow 20 pills each night before bed.

  5. Andy said it all. HGH have been known to have VERY dangerous effects, that are not worth taking for 1.5 inches. As far as being able to grow more, maybe yes maybe no. Even an x-ray of your growth plates may not be correct, as HGH do not always work on all people. You are a good height and weight, be happy with that, it is so dangerous to use those hormones, and you have your whole life ahead of you, taking a risk with your health is a dangerous thing. hope this helps :)
