There is a scene in the movie where the racist bad guy goes to a black guy and pours grape soda in front of him and all the other black guys find it like some kind insult.

But I just don't get it, so could someone please explain it for me?

  1. its a black sterotype, that all black people love grape drink.  So the black guys thought it was a waste of grape soda.

  2. Blacks are believed to have certain obsessions including fried chicken, watermelon, any drink that has grape flavoring, Flaming Hot Cheetos, etc etc.

  3. It is supposed to be torture for them.  Think of pouring out an ice cold Budwieser in front of a redneck in a white tanktop.  Or the part in the same movie where they question the Jewish kids with the pennies.

  4. Well this is on my opinions only and I say is that in the move when the guy pours grape soda its saying that grape soda what like water to then like in the black culture they produced grape soda in there times so it was offend them. i hope i helped =]

ps: i love that scene because harold and kumar crash into a fire hydrant and the people playing basketball look strong and mean and the water from the hydrant damaged the radio and every body is like getting tools as like if they going to hurt kumar and harold so they run but in fact they was going to repare the car. lol also when the guy pours the grape soda in the background voices you hear somebody say " ay man is that grape soda, yo thats racist" and " ay see if he got kolade" and at the nd off that scene you hear again " im still waiting to see if he got kolaide. hope i helped
