Question:

Question about Hitler (for those who actually know what they're talking about)?

ok, I was watching "Hitler: The Rise of Evil" (for the second time) and, i was curious about a specific part of the film. I know the movie does get some facts wrong/questionable (or presents them in a misleading manner) however-- my question is, in the beginning part of the film, a young Hitler is in an art class sketching a nude female; he then randomly gets very angry, grabs his paper and storms out of the room.

i was wondering if there is a reason for this? (or if it is something the director decided to just throw in)

(the scene I'm talking about starts at 3:26 in this video:

  1. There is no historical basis for this.

It's an invention of the film maker

  2. I believe it was just the director. There are numerous points in the series where Hitler is portrayed more negatively than necessary.

  3. They say Hitler was confused about his sexuality. That part of the film was added in to kind of show how Hitler may have had homosexual tendencies and was angry when looking at women.
