Question about Housing bill just passed?

Why the h**l was there a page saying that every electronic transaction must be reported to the IRS...is that where they're expecting to get all of the money to bail these people out from?

Control and increased usurpation of power against "We the people". IRS can then be able to establish fraudulent cases against others, potentially. But may I ask, why do we tolerate the IRS and Its presence, they are  private internal security for the federal Reserve which is not a government office, just like FedEx is not !
