Does this type of dance involve couples or no?

  1. it actually can. like doing lifts and little dance parts together.. but just i like little sections of a dance, not a whole dance. unless you have a duet with a boy (just you and him) then technically your partnering the whole entire time


  2. it can if you want it to be, it's basically like hip-hop you can have a partner or no but there will be no contact unless you put it in the routine, basically no it doesn't involve coupling.

  3. No not normally. Sometimes in competitive dance, you'll see a boy and girl dancing together. It's very different from ballroom. MUCH different.

  6. Depends. Some uses couples, some solo, some use troops. Jazz dancing is also called modern dance or show dancing.

  7. No, it does not usually involve partnering, although I guess you could. I shouldn't be answering this though, because our studio only has younger boys.

    And, at least our jazz, is totally different most of the time from modern.
