Question about Jeff Hardy?

ok i heard that instead of CM punk winning the money in the bank it was suppose to be jeff hardy then jeff was suppose to go win the title but instead of the heavyweight it was suppose to be the WWE title but he got suspended for drugs and didnt get to be in the money in the bank is this all true?

no one has actually come out and confirmed this outside of stupid internet dirt sheets. however, all signs were pointing to jeff hardy indeed winning the mitb and likely eventually going on to win a world title by the summertime. but instead, he was busted by wellness, and punk took advantage of his mistake by winning the briefcase most likely because he's actually straight edge in real life and wwe didn't want their mitb holder to get busted for drugs like hardy did.

probably because Jeff was getting all those promos and hypes with HHH and all that

i'm sure thats what WWE had in mind but they probably didnt announce it, and they might have let Hardy cash in MIB like CM Punk did and win the WH Championship... that woulda been cool 'cuz the Hardys and Edge have a history...
