Question:

Question about Kodak Easyshare upgrade?

I had a Kodak easyshare camera a while back. It quit working for unknown reasons, but before it did, I got an e-mail from Kodak about installing their upgrade with more options for editing, printing etc. Anyhow, I did so and it quit about half way through installation. It wouldn't let me finish installing and now will not let me uninstall either. My computer says it's an installed program, but says there is an error everytime I try and open it. I just want it gone, and have no idea how to do so. The Kodak website was no help at all. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks so much.

  1. Assuming you are on a Windows Machine, go to Start, then Add or Remove Programs and find it on the list there. Uninstall it from there.
