Question about Location of Cervix?

I am currently 4dpo. I was wondering where your cervix should be after ovulation? 2dpo it was low and I could reach it and then at 3dpo and still today it is up so high I can't reach it? Is this what its suppose to do until my next cycle comes around then it lowers? thank you!

Before and during ovulation, the cervix is high, open and soft to the touch.  Could it be you miscalculated ovulation?  It occurred later then you thought?
