Question about Male Underwear Sizes?

If some one wears slacks ranging from size 38-40. What size mens underwear will be best; 36-38 or 40-42?

I prefer underwear at last a size smaller than your waist.  I am a 33 or 34 waist and wear 30-32  briefs they feel good and they hold up everything.  Try smaller sizes you'll like them !

i prefer underwear sizes smaller than my actual size. its more comfortable and it holds everything.. its also s**y to look at..

depends on the underwear type.  generally, I prefer to go one size larger than my actual waist, so you'd want the 40-42.
