Question about Marijuana, Hashish, and Keif?

I am wondering, i know people react differently to drugs, but how much THC usually gets a person high? or how much THC is usually in a good amount of weed.

How much THC is in Hashish?

and I have heard about making keif from marijuana stems, and that is pretty potent. is that true?

S****y marijuana can contain as little as like 2-3% thc.  if you smoke that and its your first time you will get high.  good marijuana can have 15-20% marijuana.  that will get you very high.  hash has even higher percentages and will get you even higher. keif is just the crystals from marijuana, pure thc.
