Question:

Question about Old Navy Online Prices and Refunds?

I was hoping someone could answer this for me. On July 9, I purchased 11 tall shirts from Old Navy's website, which arrived this afternoon, the 18th.

Just a while ago, I visited the website again and noticed that 7 of the shirts I ordered had been dropped in price from $19.50 to $7.99 a piece.

I have the receipt that came in the package and was wondering if there is any way to get accredited the difference or is that not Old Navy's policy?

  1. Contact them and they should do a price adjustment.

    God bless!

  2. Price adjustments at Old Navy are allowed within 14 days with your receipt.  However, sometimes the store prices are different than the online prices, so if you take your invoice to the store, they may adjust it for you, but will likely adjust it to the store's price (it might be the same, it might not be).   When in doubt, the cashier can call 1-800-Old Navy to verify the current price of an item for an online order and the cashier may be able to override your price adjustment.

14 days from the date of your purchase is July 23rd, so make sure you go before then, or they wont adjust at all.  Also, you do not need to bring the merchandise with you -- just bring the invoice from your online order.
