Ok. I am going to be a freshman, and i am currnetly going to a real public school. I have made the Honor Society, and i am wondering that since online schooling at home would still be considered as public schooling, wouldnt i be able to stay on the honor society?

  1. That depends on if the virtual school has an honor society.  That's a question you'll have to ask the specific school you enroll in.  Many online schools have AP/Honors classes.  Many also have student clubs and organizations, so there's a chance the virtual school would have what you need.

  2. Issues like admittance to the honor society or whether a student may play sports or other extra curricular activities is up to the local superintendant and sometimes the local school board.  This is a question you should ask your guidance counselor or another office staff member at your school since the answer to this will vary from place to place.
