We all know that in an organization, after the process of performance appraisal is over then on the basis of employee's rating in appraisal, he/she is given a hike.
I wish to know about Appraisal consequent Hike/Payout,, on what basis do you give hike in salary or incentive after getting the rating of employee from appraisal??
