What does it means for phrase

"take it or leave it" and "get a grip"

  1. "Take it or leave it" is like, "deal or no deal." There is only one option to accept or decline, not many options from which to choose.

    Get a grip means stay in control of yourself.


  2. take it or leave means accept it and dont try and change the fact. Get a grip is ~ grab hold of the reality
