  1. Another special person for what? Your question lacks intelligence.

Edit: Nice 2 dollar word for the day i must say! I guess people who don't have valid points resort to insulting people huh?

  2. Yes! Believe it or not ~ my cousin is retarded and he has been in a relationship with a very nice retarded girl (we really should call them special) for almost a year now. Kewl ~ Huh?

  3. Yes believe it or not people are people!!!!

The term 'retarded' is not used today, and it is offencive.

All of us seek friendship and love, and when our bodies mature we usually seek a sexual partner too.

People with learning difficulties may need advice about when and how to express these feelings to fit in with society, and to avoid unwanted pregnancies.

They may also need protection from others who may try to exploit them.

As for choice of partner, we usually look for something in common with those we love. Joining clubs and societies that cater for our tastes is a good way to find friends.

'Autistic' covers such a huge range of people that it would be hard to generalise.

If you are trying to help someone I advice looking on the net for local support groups and activities, and take it from there.

  4. they say that ausitic ppl cannot have normal relationsnips but my dd tries to be that way and she is severly pdd and mr. they feel love and pain just like anyone else. i have seen mild to moderate mr and autistic ppl have   bf gf relationships.

btw the term for re. is now developmentally delayed.

  5. It really depends on the person.  If they possess high social skills, they may have a long term relationship.  Some even marry.
