How can the math part of the SAT test be scored fairly if the student hasn't learned most of it yet? He will his senior year. Can you take them after you graduate from highschool?

  1. Some parents like for their child to take the SAT's early so they can take it again later.  Typical a person should worry about the SAT's when they are a junior or senior in high school.  Though yes you can take the SAT's after you graduate from high school, it just costs a lot more.  The only reason you need an SAT is if your going to a college whose admittance is based on the score of an SAT, otherwise they have placement tests for their school free of charge anyways.  SAT's are very overrated.  Now the LSAT which I will be taking soon is no joke then you will have to study your butt off if you or your child ever has to take that.

  2. most of the math on the SATs is actually middle school math. the math on the SAT IIs is much more difficult that includes math learned in high school
