Question about Satan, during the time of prayer?

(SB 1.158 Abu Hurayra ) we read the following

"During the call to prayer, Satan turns his back and f@rts loudly so as not to hear it."

Since its always the time for prayer somewhere on earth, does that mean satan is constantly f@rting away?
