  1. you can only use your season pass for both if it says 6 flags and hurricane harbor. it would have cost a lot more. of it doesnt say both then no. idk about hotels

  2. You will not be able to use your Six Flags (theme park) season pass at Hurricane Harbor. The two parks are run by Six Flags, but are seperate gate parks and passes and tickets for both are sold seperately. You will need to allow at least a day for each park.

I have stayed at several hotels in the Arlington area, so I will give a brief review of each. I will start with the favorites, and then I will list the rest.

    Favorites:

Hyatt Place: I got a group special with this one and this hotel used to be an Amerisuites. This hotel can get expensive, but is very nice. Just down the street from the park.

Homestead Suites: Many people think that you have to stay for an extended amount of time, but I have stayed there for single nights. This hotel was very clean the three times I have stayed there. There are mini-kitchens in the room so if you are looking to save money by avoiding going out too much, this hotel is for you. Try to find this hotel on Expedia or Travelocity for some surprisingly cheap rates. This will require a short drive from the park. Highly recommended.

Sleep Inn: Another nice hotel, but books quickly and is often sold out during the summer/fall. This hotel is directly across the street from the park.

Baymont Inn: Also very close to the park, and is a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and in good condition.

    Other hotels:

Comfort Suites: This one is nice, but we had trouble with lighting and the AC when we stayed there a few years ago. It is still a decent place to stay, and is still close to the park, but not across the street like Baymont and Sleep Inn.

Super 8: Nice place to stay, but rooms could have been in better condition. The first room I stayed in had part of the door frame coming off of the wall. I would stay there again. Close to the park, within a mile or two.

Motel 6: I did not like this motel at all. There is a nearby strip club, and there were patrons revving engines and yelling outside my window at 2 am. If you have kids, I would not stay here. It is close to the park, and is fairly cheap, but there are better deals to be found in the area.

Ranger Inn: Also across the street from the park. It was just ok, but rooms were a little dirty the one time I stayed there.

Howard Johnson: This is another "ok" place to stay, but the building is very old, and rooms could use some updating. We had a patio with a nice view of Titan (I stood out there and took pictures...lol) but the sliding glass door had some cracks in it. Sometimes you can book rooms here for cheap on the travel sites.

As you can see I have visited this area several times over the years. :) Hope this helps!
