Question about Spider Bites?

there are these spiders in my basement that have them really long legs..they are thin with really long legs. Does anyone know if this type of spider bites from this spider is venomous? I was told that they lay eggs under your skin.

They are Daddy Long-legs, their venom is some of the most powerful of all spiders. Good news is that their mandibles are too small to bite humans. Lay eggs under your skin??

I'm not sure about them being venomous.  The only spiders I know of which have really long legs, we called Daddy Long Legs, & as far as I know they aren't venomous.  As for the laying eggs under your skin, sounds to me like someone is trying to scare you or play a joke on you because I have NEVER heard of that.
