Question about Tim Burton's movie "Big Fish"?

ok, so i watched the movie, and i liked it, it was very good, but i didnt think it was exceptional. what's the big deal about the movie. i dont get why so many people adore it. i mean, i like it, but it wasn't that good. i just wanna hear why people liked it so much.

  1. I haven't watched the entire thing either, because I fell asleep in the middle part, I guess because it was one of Burton's greatest works, or maybe because Ewan McGregor's acting was superb  


  2. it's average...but it's about someone's fantastic journey. there are some explanations at the end of the movie.  and it's about father and son relationship.  You know Tim Burton...he has a unique imagination, interpretion to show his vision...

  3. i just though is was very intriguing, thats why i like tim burton, its just so weird. and its cool because it sort of leaves it open at the end whether all the things were true.

    it just makes you think. i also like the way is was filmed, it was very visually pleasing to watch.

    i loved it but i know people who didn't so its no big deal.
