Question about U.S. Bank overdrafting?

How much $ or how long will US Bank allow one to overdraft their checking account before they completely cut-off/cancel your card?? Ridiculous question I know, but my son is currently going through an alcohol binge and I'm concerned that he's s******g his credit completely with no care for his future... (thats a whole different issue, sorry).

It varies upon banks. You may want to inquiry at his bank about OD limits and fees.

For a rough idea, WAMU gives about $1K in OD but charges like $35 for each OD.
