Question about US Bank overdrafting....?

How much $ or how long will US Bank allow one to overdraft their checking account before they completely cut-off/cancel your card?? Ridiculous question I know, but my son is currently going through an alcohol binge and I'm concerned that he's s******g his credit completely with no care for his future... (thats a whole different issue, sorry).

In 2006 I was working for a company that couldn't direct deposit my check on time, so I had three or four overdrafts with US Bank because of that.

At least in my experiences with them, the overdrafts were never reported on my credit report and all they did was charge me the overdraft fees. Of course I was able to catch up with the balance owed within a week, but after 4 or 5 times of that company doing that to me I changed jobs.

US Bank might have changed their policy since then, but as late as 2006 that was my experience.
