  1. the speed of light.

  2. 3-4 mins! Since he is pretty fast and strong. He wouldn't get tired easily and that right there would make stamina (long fast steps)

  3. Since he only runs sprints, his mile time would probably not even be below 4:00. In track, when you run sprints the most you ever run in a practice normally is only the 400m. Distance training and running is totally different, so I doubt he would break 4:00.

  4. He is a sprinter and he is just not built for the mile.  He trains to explode out of the blocks and go full out for no more than 20 sec.  He would probably get a 5 min. mile just because he is in great shape.

  5. He'd be well down the field.  I'd agree that under 4 minutes would be unlikely.

He's posted a PB of just under 46s for the 400m, but above that distance, stamina rather than raw speed becomes increasingly important.

Fit and fast as he is, genetics plays a role.  Some are born sprinters, others born endurance runners.

I'm a 38 year old ex-400m runner, only running endurance races these days.  Though my best 10K time is a relatively pedestrian 46 minutes, I'd still fancy my chances at beating Paula Radcliffe (women's marathon record holder), at any distance up to 400m.

  6. not very good. he would die cuz he hasn't trained for it
