Question about Wamu bank.?

Ok so I got a -38 dollars in my checking account. I was wondering do they charge a fee for every single day that I don't pay? If so how many days? I was planning to transfer money from my Paypal to my bank, but it takes 3-4 business days and I'm afraid that they might charge me fees by days. Please help. Thanks

Most times it will stay where it at. If, you have a check come in then of course you will incur more negativity for overdraft charges, which be the basic fee plus the check (IF they cover the check).

Any time you have a question about any of your accounts, the FIRST place to aks the question is at the bank.  Call your bank and ask them.  That's what they are there for.

Most banks will charge a Over Draft (OD) fee for each OD.

There is usually no interest unless the OD is tied to a credit card, who will intern charge a cash advance fee on top of the banks OD fee plus daily interest.

I would call the bank. A -$38 balance is more money than WAMU has anyway.

if that's about overdraft fee, it is assessed per transaction making the account overdrawn not really per day that the account is in a negative. as long as you do not have transactions posted after (38) or when the acct was overdrawn, you'll not be acquiring overdraft fees.if you want to do that transfer which will take about four bus days, just make sure you do not use your account or there are no outstanding payments that could make it further overdrawn. no trxns-no fees.
