but anyway, as far as i know, there is no physical signs that will show if you have a wet dream coming soon.

if you have not masturbated in a while or you are under stress, that might have a effect on it.

No signs that a wet dream is coming.  I've noticed lots of people telling you not to m********e.  Well, I've masturbated in the afternoon and had a wet dream that night and I've gone days without masturbating and didn't have one.

To me, that shoots down the theory of a sexual build-up leading to a wet dream.

NOPE!  There are no signs.  It just happens while you are sleeping.  However, it is the most awesome feeling that you could experience.  Just from masturbating for a few days (weeks) and you will have the experience.
