okay so my friend gave me a computer but it has a child-protective block

on it so i can't get to a lot of sites.another friend of mine had a problem like mine and said i should use a password cracker.the program icon is only shown in the system tray and i can't find in the documents.

where can i look in my computer/documents to see programs that are in the tray?i also know the name of the block is Naomi.if anyone could help me out in anyway i just wanna get the block off.
