In the last two centuries West has developed to the peak and also contributed to severe global warming and envionmental pollution. This seems to the century for the east also. So imagine both east and west in this century both contributing to the threats like warming,pollution,ozone layer depletion and so and so.!!!!!!!!!!. Where is this heading to? Isnt it a serious concern? By When would we begin to see the impact directly

Environmental responsibility is not an issue to be taken lightly. If you are a person of faith you believe that God gave man dominion over all the earth and that it would be an affront against the Almighty not to take that responsibility seriously.

If you were ever a Boy Scout or a Girl Scout... if you hunt, fish, hike, or camp out... if you live in the country or have ever been awed or humbled by the great natural beauty of America... you understand the vital importance of being a good steward of God's creation.

But the sad truth is that Global Warming has little to do with good stewardship and is nothing more than a myth being advanced not just by eco-radicals but also by a biased media, special interests that seek to diminish the sovereignty of the United States, and politicians who view advancing this myth as an opportunity to increase taxes on American businesses and consumers.

Global Warming as pushed by Al Gore and the UN isn't science; it is propaganda masquerading as science to push the Left's favorite causes.

The Left is using the MYTH of Global Warming as an excuse to raise taxes on American families, bash business, expand government regulation and revive their discredited socialist ideology.

New taxes, higher taxes, lost jobs, and a diminishing standard of living in pursuit of a myth are not the American way to meet a challenge.

The rising price of gasoline is hurting nearly every family on Earth.  

Here is truth about global warming:

Global warming is one-half of the climatic cycle of warming and cooling.

The earth's mean temperature cycles around the freezing point of water.

This is a completely natural phenomenon which has been going on since there has been water on this planet. It is driven by the sun.

Our planet is currently emerging from a 'mini ice age', so is

becoming warmer and may return to the point at which Greenland is again usable as farmland (as it has been in recorded history).

As the polar ice caps decrease, the amount of fresh water mixing with oceanic water will slow and perhaps stop the thermohaline cycle (the oceanic heat 'conveyor' which, among other things, keeps the U.S. east coast warm).

When this cycle slows/stops, the planet will cool again and begin to enter another ice age.

It's been happening for millions of years.

The worrisome and brutal predictions of drastic climate effects are based on computer models, NOT CLIMATE HISTORY.

As you probably know, computer models are not the most reliable of sources, especially when used to 'predict' chaotic systems such as weather.

Global warming/cooling, AKA 'climate change':

Humans did not cause it.

Humans cannot stop it.

These are baffling questions indeed. It is serious of course.

Global warming and environmental pollution in these two areas, the ill effects are less from poor countries. The benefits of research and development have not been equitably distributed. The under developed countries are still suffering for basic things. Environmental pollution particularly is an area where only developed countries can help, I think.

The impact cannot be observed by ordinary persons because these repercussions take place in a slow and gradual way. I mean it is not noticeable. If there is a quick transition, then we can easily observe. By that time the human beings will get adjusted to the prevailing condition.

It sounds bad ,but the green house gas is almost non existent. Global Warming is a scam to make money,did U buy into that.

The ozone layer is not affected by anything we do here. The ozone layer is made by the solar winds colliding with the earth's magnetic field. The CFC's are so heavy they never even got half way up.

we have started seeing the efects of the globle warming. the blue ice which never used to melt has started melting.the people say the world is at the edge.but the contributers of this r we the people on the earth.we r the main culprit of this.if i would get a chance to say the people regrding this i am ready!!!!!!
