Question about a s*x check up?

I was wondering. If you ask them to give you a "check up" to make sure that your clean from STD's do they check for everything or only certain things? Just wondering. I was thinking about getting a check up since i had s*x for the first time a month ago. I don't see anything weird or anything but just wanted to kinda

I am sure they check for the most common ones.  They use a giant q-tip to swab the inside of your p***s.  It's not extremely pleasant or anything.  Just make sure you use condoms, then you have a better chance of avoiding STD's and just go for a checkup if you notice something strange going on, burning sensation when you pee, rashes and things like that.
