Question about a vespa and piaggio zip scooter?

whats the difference in quality? and why is one of them better/worse? which one would you recommend for long distances?

I think these are about the same although I know the Vespa brand first. For long distance the Piaggio 500 seems to fit the bill better to me although I would prefer a Moto Guzzi Norge or the Ducati Sport Tourer.

Piaggio makes Vespa.  For a long distance scooter, i would Recommend the piaggio MP3.  Its a pricey scooter but it has superb stability and you dont even have to put your feet down when you stop.
