I had a claim today the member lives in a no fault state for auto insurance. A medical claim was submitted and it was a work related auto accident (mail carrier), workers comp has denied the claim, will the no fault automobile insurance pick this up? Even if it's a work related auto injury?

  1. If you were injured on while doing the work of an employer than I'm not sure how Worker's Comp is able to deny the claim.

Also, most personal auto policies EXCLUDE things like this.

Was this in a company owned vehicle?  If so, you could file on the Business Auto policy.

  2. Why are you asking on yahoo answers? you should ask a lawyer

  3. Your question is too vague for anyone to give an answer.  "I had a claim"....Are you representing someone?  Who is "the member?  Member of what ?  Work related ?  Was the mail carrier injured while delivering mail?  whose   Workers comp, his or yours?  No Fault ?  what in the world are you trying to ask ?
