Question about abortion????

Hi. Does a person choose to have abortion? or is it the law or something? And does anyone have a video were Barack Obama clearly says "i am pro-abortianist"???? And Is abortion where someone technacly "kills" a fetus because they don't want it? thnx

and well if the person doesn't want their "fetus baby" ... isn't it their decision if they want to kill it?

I AM NOT SUPPORTING ABORTION (just to be clear). thnx

i person can choose to have an abortion, whether they are too young, financially unstable, raped, etc. that is why some are pro-choice and some are pro-life. in the end, it really is the woman's choice and laws vary state-to-state (some need parental permission if under 16)

The government says that women have the right to terminate a pregnancy. This is my opinion: When you get an abortion, yes, you are technically killing that baby. It should be illegal, because if you kill a person, for no reason at all, and you are convicted of that crime, you go to jail. Yet people can go on killing the most innocent beings without a punishment in the world.

I just did this in r.e i think abortion is very wrong, God determinds who dies and who lives, no one sould have the right to take that away from God.

No one on earth has the right to take away an innocent persons life, anyones life for that matter. I feel so strongly on this matter i would never direct someone who is pregant on the path to abort it its the worst thing a women could possibly do. If any man is putting pressure on a woem to abort it then they are stupid! Put urself in the babies position, abortion doesnt always work, that baby lives and u ave that on ur conshents the rest of ur life knwoin u were gonna kill this lovely bouncy baby. Also its not againt the law, its against the law to do it illegally like many women do but if u do that u cn stop the chances of getting pregant in later life. Dont take someones life away its just not right. Not right AT ALL!!

Yes a person chooses to have an abortion there is no law requiring it. There are alot of reasons why a woman or a couple choose abortion. Sometimes the pregnancy is a result of rape, molestation, and incest. Sometimes the person/couple are not ready to handle a child or can't afford it. In certain cases an abortion is also chosen because it would be unhealthy for the mother to carry it to term.

no its not a law. It is your choice. Yes ppl technically kill the baby growing inside of you. Any way you look at it abortion is wrong. Well i guess except if a woman is raped then impregnated, she wouldn't want that memory of her rape to be relived in her mind everyday b/c she now has a child b/c of it. Does that make sense? I think abortion should still be considered murder- that child didn't ask to be made or killed for that matter

my opinion on abrtion is it is wrong. For those that say it isn't a baby, I say if it isn't a baby, you aren't pregnant. As far as if it's their decision, it is just like it's people's decision to break any of the other 10 commandments.

There are just as many reasons that a person choses an abortion, as there are for people choosing to parent.

I don't believe and 2 are the exact same.

Sometimes abortion is a way to get out of parenting an eventual baby/child.

Sometimes it's for health reasons.

I even think that there is a small group of people who don't understand that abortion isn't as simple as making a blue line go away...

I grew up very pro-life, I never understood how someone could kill their baby. That is unlit I learned of a molar pregnancy, first hand. Before that I figured that even if there were a suposed medical reason, that the mother could just stick it out for the sake of her baby, but in reality, pregnancy can be deadly, and it's something I don't wish to do again.

Abortion is a choice a woman can make in her early pregnancy if she feels that she is unable to or unwillingly to parent.  It is solely the woman's choice. parents the father etc can't make or stop a woman from haveing an abortions.  They there are diffrent ways of having one done and i am not a proffesional.  I belive that an abortion done early is fine for what ever reason. the fetus is not viable and can not survie without the mother.

I am pro-choice to a degree. I believe there are women who are using abortions like birth-control and that is sickening. However, I was raped when I was sixteen and got pregnant and I DID have an abortion. I definitely regret it and no matter what the circumstances, would NEVER have one again. However, I sometimes feel that I would have gone crazy looking into the face of a product of the man who took all my innocense away at such a young age. I wish I would have looked more into adoption, but even foster homes and orphanages are over-populated.

As for your question, I do believe that it's a women's choice. HOWEVER, it's a choice for a mature women (or a mature support system) to make and not one to be made again and again.

God has nothing to do with abortions, people should get off their high horses before judging ALL people,

I don't think abortions should be allowed for those who just couldn't be bothered being more careful, do the deed except the consequences to it.

However, if the fetus is HUGELY deformed maybe termination would be a better option, and rape, abortion should be allowed for victims of rape, I'm sorry but where is God in that? Why should a woman be made to relive that horrific event of a rape everyday for the rest of her life because she was raped. IF  there is a god, it's said that he created Man kind with Freewill, so this topic will go on forever. As it is a woman's choice, I just think it should be illegal as a form of contraceptive.

What is REALLY dumb is how people who are for abortion, they don't call it pro-abortion.  They call it pro"choice".  They just "soften" it to make it seem like less of an issue and problem.  They are to be pittied because no one is teaching them right from wrong, and ABORTION IS WRONG!!  Those who think it is okay, just want to avoid the truth of how wrong it is.  Why can't people come to reality and stop living in their dreamworlds??  You don't tell God what to do in regards to taking a life away, in fact you don't boss him around at all.  God is the boss of you whether you like it or not, and ABORTION IS WRONG.  I hope I've made my point.
